These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of games, applications, websites, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”) and are published by Hangzhou Soul Network Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as “SoulGames” (“SoulGames”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Licence to use our Services
Subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, exploit, or interfere with a Service except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use cheats, bots, automation, unauthorized software, or any method intended to manipulate gameplay, advertising, purchases, analytics, or other Service features.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Some Services may offer virtual items, rewards, or in-app purchases. Virtual items have no real-world value, are not your property, and may not be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s terms and refund policies. We may change, manage, or discontinue virtual items and features as permitted by law.
4. Third-party platforms and services
Our Services may use app stores and third-party providers for functions such as advertising, analytics, attribution, purchases, technical support, or consent management. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Apple App Store and Google Play users are also subject to the terms of their respective stores.

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of a Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universally compatible operation. Some updates may be required to maintain security, functionality, or compatibility.

Our Services, including software, artwork, audio, characters, text, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to SoulGames and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. SoulGames and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of a Service.

Our SoulGames Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information across our Services and forms part of your use of the relevant Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our Services or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
